Accounts Clerk

Pace & Mercieca Ltd, one of the leading importers and distributors of Timber, Hardware, DIY & Home Improvement products is seeking to engage an Accounting Clerk within the Accounts Department in our Mriehel offices.

The chosen candidate’s main duties include

  • Maintaining customer accounts,
  • Tallying invoices,
  • Posting of receipts,
  • Reconciling of daily cash and bank statements,
  • Issuing of payments to suppliers,
  • Assisting cashiers in their day-to-day duties,
  • Relieving cashier whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • Be able to communicate verbally and written in English and Maltese
  • Be experienced in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  •  Experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.
